AR Department of Finance and Administration announces new Withholding instructions, tables and formula following the passage of an income tax cut retroactive to Jan. 1, 2024.
The tax cut bill (H.B. 1001) was signed June 19 by Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) and reduces the state’s highest income tax rate to 3.9%, from 4.4%, also adjusting the tax brackets.
