The firm operates with a lean, collaborative team and emphasizes quality work, proactive planning, and strong client relationships over volume.
This role is fully remote with occasional in-person meetings in Central Arkansas a few times per year. The schedule is flexible, with an expectation of general availability during core business hours, allowing for true work/life balance—including unlimited PTO that is actively supported and utilized. Hours are typically 9-4, with a target of 30-35 hrs a week!
