Senior Tax Specialist

Job Description

TalentRush Executive Search is conducting an exclusive search for our client who is looking for "customer"-centered candidates who will continue to uphold it’s great reputation for many years to come. This is a small, relational firm who values collaboration and teamwork. This position will prepare and manage a variety of tax projects for clients and requires strong technical and communication skills to coordinate with staff, managers and clients to ensure timely, quality delivery of both simple and complex tax projects. Located in beautiful downtown Conway, the office is just a short walk away from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There is tremendous room for advancement, as this candidate would potentially be considered for future partnership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum five years of public tax experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Proficient in tax preparation software, Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, and
Quickbooks preferred
Experience handling complex tax situations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client service orientation and ability to build and maintain client relationships
CPA certification preferred but not required

BENEFITS
