Wade Luethy

Wade has worked at BKD for over 11 years. He provides audit and consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries, with a focus on insurance and commercial services. Wade also has extensive experience managing and executing employee benefit plan audits. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as an internal instructor for a variety of training courses in accounting, auditing and internal controls and is a frequent speaker at regional insurance conferences. Wade is a 2009 cum laude graduate of the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), with a B.S. degree in accounting. Wade currently sits on the board of the UCA chapter of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries.

Mark Glover

Mark Glover, CPA brings 17 years of experience to the accounting industry. He chose to pursue a career in accounting because he has always loved the challenge of fixing problems and working with numbers. He attributes his career success to a combination of hard work and continuous pursuit of learning. Mark prides himself on having learned from his own failure. In high school, Mark did not meet his sports scholarship goals due to injuries, which caused him to vow to never again take success for granted and to always maintain a strong work ethic.

Jill Pierce

Jill has over 15 years of experience in providing audit and accounting services to clients in the employee benefit plan industry. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance. Jill accumulated most of her experience working for a regional accounting firm before joining Pierce Firm, PLLC in 2019. While working with the regional firm, Jill managed approximately 200 annual benefit plan audits and served as a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Leadership Team. In addition to plan audits, Jill also assists with Form 5500 preparation and late filings through the DOL Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVCP). She monitors industry developments and maintains relationships with regulatory agencies and industry leaders. Jill is a member of the AICPA. She is a presenter at various conferences including annual AICPA National Conference of Employee Benefit Plans. Jill is also a member of the Arkansas State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
