Membership Renewal Information


Annual membership dues are billed on April 1 and are due by April 30. Members will receive a renewal statement by email on April 1.

  • June 1: Dues become delinquent, and a $25 late fee will be assessed. Membership benefits will also be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
  • Mid-September: Members with unpaid dues will have their membership terminated. Reinstatement requires a $25 application fee, the current year’s dues, and one year of back dues.
How to Access Your Renewal Invoice
  1. Log in to your member profile.
  2. Click the profile dropdown in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Order History.
  4. Open the outstanding renewal order to download or print your invoice.

Ways to Renew


Renew online

The fastest and easiest way to renew is online. Sign in using the email address associated with your membership. A four-digit login code will be sent to your email to access your account. Once logged in, review and update your profile if needed, then proceed to checkout.

Phone renewals are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Membership Auto-Renewal

Make renewal easy with Auto-Renew. To enroll, simply check the Auto-Renew box when submitting your membership dues for this year.

Membership Forms & Requests


Retired Status Membership

Members may apply for Retired Status if they have been a full member for at least three years, are permanently retired, are age 60 or older (or totally disabled), and are in good standing with ARCPA.

Retired Life Membership

Members may apply for Retired Life Membership if they have been an ARCPA member for 40 or more consecutive years (with no prior resignations or terminations) and are fully retired.

Resignation Request Form

If you wish to resign your membership in good standing, please complete the resignation request form. Members who resign may rejoin in the future by submitting a new application, the application fee, and applicable dues.
